Thinking of a New Pool?
You are in the right place.
We have been making backyard dreams a reality since 1942.
a little bit about us
We offer a full in-house professional design team that works with each client in their individual setting. Whether we are designing a small family pool to splash around in, or building a complete outdoor living space, each client receives the same attention to detail. Only after we have finished our design work do we begin construction. This means you will know exactly what your backyard will look like before we even break ground.
our process
Our process is broken down into three Steps:
Educate. Design. Build.
Our commitment to excellence is matched by our commitment to client education. We begin every project by providing clear information on pool components, design, & construction.
We believe that the more educated our clients are, the more satisfied they will be throughout the design/ build process and as new pool owners.
01 / Educate.
The first step is to understand what it takes to design and build your very own backyard pool.
This is where your initial phone consultation comes in.
One of our pool professionals will discuss the first steps to get started on your journey to pool ownership. Expect to discuss topics such as budget, financing considerations, plot plan availability, location, and of course, your vision for your backyard space.
02 / Design.
At the beginning of the design stage, we will complete an onsite evaluation of your property to determine pool location options, elevations, access, utilities, barriers, and make notes of any unusual features. After review, you have the opportunity to engage us for design. After further discussion, initial plans and drawings are prepared according to your design and budget preferences. Next, a detailed proposal and any fine-tuning of the design is presented for approval.
03 / Build.
After the final plans and contract are approved and signed, and all technical details are finalized, ensuring that everything complies with federal, state, & county codes, as well as your HOA (if required), after which we begin the permitting process. Communication is essential during every phase of the new pool process but especially during construction. You will be assigned a project manager, as well as a project coordinator who will keep you up to date and be available to answer any questions relating to the construction process and timeline.
Another convenient way to keep on top of your project is 'builder TREND.' We use 'builder TREND' to manage our swimming pool projects, which includes an online client portal to keep you informed of every step of the construction process.
